On my reading list

Stacked on my table is a pile of books, waiting to be read. That is, after I survive the last week of school, SJChO practical, science camp...

  1. Rough Guide to Tokyo (my companion guide for the Japan trip...)
  2. Q&A by Vikas Swarup (inspired after my screening of Slumdog Millionaire for the form class. The movie is based loosely on the book.)
  3. Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman (one of my faves, rereading it during Japan trip so that HC can read it too if she runs out of books)
  4. Perfect Match by Jodi Picoult (have been wanting to try her books...)
  5. Sophie's World by Jostein Gaarder (another fave that I have not reread for quite some time)
  6. The History of Lucy's Love Life in 10.5 Chapters by Deborah Wright (liked a random book The Celebrity Mother that I picked up. This one is about a girl who stole a time machine to visit some periods in the past to search for a sensitive lover. When I meant past, I meant Leonardo da Vinci kind of past. Laughs guaranteed with such a lame plot.)
  7. Fight the Fat by Dr Ben Tan (no need to state the obvious reason for reading haha!)
  8. Sense and Sensibility and Sea Monsters by Jane Austen and Ben H Winter (lame book from HC for Christmas or birthday last year...)
